aftercare information for your treatments
payments + bookings

BOOKING FEE​
please note that to book your appointment, a booking fee of 50% of the cost of your treatment must be paid in advance
​
a link will be sent through for you to pay remotely, either by bank transfer (my preferred method if possible) or by card through your mobile phone
once paid your appointment will automatically be confirmed (if not paid, please note your appointment is not confirmed and your appointment may be given to another client)
​
please also note that your booking fee is non-refundable, however is transferable to another date should you need to reschedule your appointment

REMAINING BALANCE
​
for any remaining balance, a new payment link will be provided, again for you to pay either by bank transfer or by card through your mobile phone, or alternatively by cash (exact change only)
​
RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
should you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible
should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours' notice, your appointment and booking fee can be rescheduled for another date, subject to availability
cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of booking fee (a new booking fee will need to be paid to book a new appointment)
please note that if you repeatedly cancel or re-schedule your appointments, I may not be able to offer you a future appointment

TIMEKEEPING
I will always work as efficiently as possible to ensure your treatments are carried out fully and carefully
some treatments take a long time (please see my price list or contact me for further information), so please be aware of this at the time of booking to ensure that neither I, nor you, are rushed!
if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, there may not be enough time to complete your selected treatment
I will always offer the best option I can, however please note that if I am unable to fit you in due to your lateness, you may lose your booking fee and need to re-schedule for another day, paying a new booking fee

UNWELLNESS
if you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment
it is important for me to work without becoming ill, or to pass an illness such as a cold or flu on to any other clients
at the start of your appointment, you will be asked to wash and sanitise your hands
between appointments, all surfaces, tools and products will be fully cleaned and sanitised

ALLERGIES + PRODUCTS
​
I use a range of branded tools, products, lotions and scrubs during treatments
please let me know in advance if you have any known allergies, so that I can ensure the products I use are appropriate
​
during your first treatment (and routinely thereafter), I will ask a limited number of medical-related questions for insurance and safety purposes; please answer these truthfully and in full

my studio is a judgment-free zone, open to all clients; if you have a preferred pronoun, please let me know so that I can respectfully use the terms you feel most comfortable with

PLUS-ONES
​
unfortunately, I don't have the space or facilities available to accommodate pets or children, so please don't bring them with you to your appointment
