mental health is an incredibly important part of our general well-being, alongside your physical health
I can fully understand the need to unplug, unwind and switch off, and your appointment is a perfect time for this
I aim to make all clients feel as relaxed as possible during treatments, and so should you prefer to cut the small talk, or just listen to music through your own headphones, you just need to message me and ask for the "silent treatment" alongside your booking, or even at any time during your treatment with no questions asked (apart from the necessary ones, such as which colour you would like!)
