aftercare
information
Bio Sculpture gel
aftercare
FIRST 24 HOURS

don't expose your gel to lots of water or heat
taking a shower is fine, but no swimming or baths!
take care when cooking and ironing, and no saunas!

ALWAYS

keep your cuticles moisturised - the more hydrated your hands are, the longer your gel will last, and wear gloves when washing up or gardening to protect from damage and scratches

NEVER

attempt to pick at, or peel off, your gel; not only will this damage the gel but importantly this will damage your nails; similarly, don't use your nails as tools but treat them with care

SUBSTANCES WHICH STAIN

be wary of substances such as ink, turmeric or other foods, and some fabrics like new dark clothing, and products such as sunblock, fake tan and insect repellants; if used, clean your hands quickly
aftercare
Elim pedicure
FIRST 24 HOURS
don't expose your freshly renewed feet to lots of water or heat
taking a shower is fine, but no swimming, baths, sun beds or saunas, and where possible, avoid going running
ONGOING ADVICE
